This is a companion piece along with Orihime. Had this idea in my head so I drew it out. 
Rukia's dress colours were inspired by photos of a cloudless sunrise.
Original drawing was scanned, fixed up, printed out, coloured, then scanned again, then fiddled around with things in Paintshop Pro.
